The Real Estate Agents – Promo Vid 1
The Real Estate Agents have come to rescue Cape Town music from pop mediocrity and bland, radio commercialism. From the good people that brought you such South African delights as Markus Wormstorm and Sibot; sSHADOWORKSs and African Dope Records proudly present the most real music in the leftfield; organic electronic glitch scratch; free music for free minds – The Real Estate Agents!
The mergence of the two Cape Town mix maestros on The Real Estate Agents project has got to be one of the most exciting things to happen in the past decade for electronic music this side left of the mainstream. These two sonic scientists with a fetish for low-fi audio-visual property have both made deeply distinct impressions on the leftfield music scenes both on Cape Town home soil, all across South Africa and even abroad, where their disdain for conventional DJ or production laws has led them to be much hailed and critically acclaimed by the electronic music cognoscenti as more than able contenders in the scratch patch, with a sound that has been compared to a Prefuse 73- Mr. Ozio gang bang!
Live, the dynamic duo own their audience, stepping it up a notch as they re-invent the art of performance with some creative DJing, scratching, sampling, tricky turntablisms and live beat manipulation, Sibot’s un-stable turntable adding weighty counter-balance to Markus’s 808-sequenced funky glitch grooves.
Using an array of samplers, laptop computers, feedback units and of course, a stack of vinyl records, rare sounds and often funny jokes, big meaty beats, loops and samples, they hack into your nervous system by way of your feet, rewiring brain by way of Mr. spine. Add some growling slow ‘n phat sub hunting basslines and very odd timing structures and you have the ingredients for an all out freq fest of beat-bop, glitch-hop, drop-top to the cop shop fun. When the Real Estate Agents’ step-up to bat, it’s a call to the homies, phat hiphop honeys, rockers and ravers, lovers and losers to take their place on the dancefloor! This is one concert you’ll not soon forget!

Budding Housing Recovery Fails to Aid Broker Commissions: Video
Dec. 29 (Bloomberg) — A surge in home purchases by first-time U.S. buyers is doing little to help real estate agents and brokers who close the deals. Commissions in 2009 fell to the lowest level in seven years, driven down by sales of low-priced homes to first-time buyers using the federal tax credit. Bloomberg’s Vera Gibbons reports. Found a vacant lot in Texas, no taxes being paid or owners name on title to the property. How to proceed?
I was researching taxes on a property in Texas, much to my amazement, I ran along a property that doesn’t have title or anyone paying taxes (I couldn’t believe that someone at the tax office missed this one) but I need some direction. Does someone know realestate law in Texas? How do I get title to the property? Thanks in advance.
The better odds are that SOMEBODY has title to the lot. You would have to do a title and chain of title search (not clear above that you did one). It is probably "part" of another tract of property. My money would be on the idea that the tax department overlooked it and some individual is benefiting by not being billed.
Has anyone used my FSBO for home sale documents? We are not using a laywer or realestate agent to buy a house.
For your sake, I would STRONGLY recommend consulting an attorney, at the very least. Because you’re the buyer, you have a lot more at risk in a real estate transaction than the other party. In some states, any exchange of real estate REQUIRES the presence of an attorney at some point during the settlement.
You can’t require a seller to use a real estate agent, since the seller usually pays commission fees, but maybe the seller would agree to pay a discounted commission so that you can be represented by a real estate agent. If the seller isn’t willing to do this, I’m not sure I would proceed with the purchase. It may be that the seller just doesn’t want to spend the money–but, what if the seller is trying to rip you off? How would you know?
I would always urge a buyer to find a qualified professional to represent them in such significant financial commitments.
I am freaking out about this house right now?
Ok so heres the story. about a month ago i found this house i absolutely love and when i went to get info on it and possibly put an offer on it i was told it went in to escrow and it was very rare for peoples loans to fall thru at that point and have the house open back up so my realestate agent basically told me that house was hopeless and keep moving. the house also went "inactive" on the website i found it on.
so kept looking for a house and nothing has compared.
but just a few minutes ago i was sent an email saying one of my saved home listings had been updated. i looked to see what home.. and there i was the house that was hopeless to get.
i researched it on another website and there it was….
im trying real hard not get my hopes up.
do you think the home is actually for sell again?
this seems to be a sign that this is supposed to be MY home
also me and my boyfriend make about 3000 dollars a month and dont have much debt do you think we can afford a 88 thousand dollar house? we both have pretty good credit scores also
i sure hope this isnt some sort of glich and my house is really gone.
There may have been family problems too so that the house couldn’t be sold until all the heirs agree. All I can tell you about buying a house, is that you don’t want to get too enthused so that you inspect it very very carefully and be sure it is worth the $. Have all the right inspections done and look for damage and check out the neighborhood. $3000 is not a lot of money when it comes to home ownership. They cost a lot and there are always repairs and some can be extremely expensive. Be sure you don’t get in the mess so many others are and buy something you really can’t afford. Anything can go wrong in your life like lose your job, have health problems, bad car wreck and then there is the weather problems like hail damage, tornadoes and hurricanes and all of that. Be sure you have enough $ to tide you over a pretty good time . . .like six months saved up and then a good savings account for when the house needs fixing, and then a tidy down payment. Without all of that, don’t buy a house. Nothing is worse in a relationship than to be short of money so that you have to constantly worry about how you are going to pay the bills and then you want to have enough to have some fun and you need to be saving on a regular basis. Plus you are moving in with no commitment from your bf. What happens if you break up? Protect yourself very carefully. . .always. . . .Good luck!
how to purchased a tax deed in the name of a business entity?
how can I get a business entity/name and build business for buying realestate? Iam interested in buying tax deeds in any state please help with more information where do I start? can I buy tax deeds without using my own money/credit? can I buy online?
You can register a corporation, But you are trying to persuade people to lend you money too. The question is how can you persuade people to lend you money, sell to you on credit while at the same time hiding your own assets from risk in the venture.
Find gullible people is the only answer that works.
If you do not want your assets exposed to this risk, you have to be offering very high reward to get others to risk theirs.
