You purchased a trailer not a stick built and the rules follow alon the lines of a used car instead of real estate laws and your options are probably very limited. The dealership had to buy the home back because the customer was sold a new home with water damage and mold. If you purchased the home from a Realtor or if purchased a used home from a dealership, then its your responsibility to get a home inspection.
