Japan is very nice …
Japan is very nice place to buy home, if you live with your family, want to rase kids, live forever and die there. But if you want to sell a house, most owner will not get a profit. Because after 10 year from the house was build, value of a house dramaticaly go down like a used car even you spend a lot of mony for the renovation, that is defferent from the States. Usualy real estate agency do not show a house that people are still living, they want to show a house that is empty in japan.

I think I am not a target but being permanently located makes for a little risk as a Youtuber. I am being just being careful. I don’t get into controversial issues so I think I am safe but gotta be careful.

One more vote with the additional playlist.
Yeah, just don’t record your house number or the exact location. There are loads of other people on here who record outside their house, even with a number the street is hard to figure out.
As for you bring a target, I find that unlikely. While you may be popular on YouTube, do you think anyone would really want to take the time to find you and do something?
There’s no reason for anyone to do that.

I think having a playlist is fine. And if you are worried that not everyone will be interested in the home vids you can always name the videos themselves with a prefix like “Home in Japan -” or something like that.
