But yes you can fire them at any time during the listing agreement. However, make sure you did not agree to compensation should you cancel, and if there is a showing clause regarding those that have viewed the home within a period of time, generally that is 180 days after cancellation. They should not be involved at all in the showing of your property by buyers agents. As long as you allowed a lockbox to be installed the agent is not really involved. Your contract is not really with an agent, it is with the broker, the one with the real license. It would be absolutely stupid for an agent to deny a buyer a showing. They don’t get paid until you sell so something here is fishy. It would be good to hear both sides of the story before you assume what you’ve been told is true.

Frankly, I find that highly doubtful. I would rather think that the realtors who are telling you they were refused would like your listing, and are filling you with BS to gain the listing.
